Job Description
- Quality Checks - Checking of PP samples in terms of fabric, fit, sizing, workmanship and quality.
- Checking of trims, lab dips, bulk swatches need to be correct.
- Ensuring bulk stock is checked when quality issues arise and taking up any quality issues with suppliers.
- Supplier communication - Handling supplier communication & any supplier queries, sending/receiving of parcels to suppliers.
- Drawing up/ amending tech packs and CADS that need to be sent to suppliers.
- Sending swatch and sample comments to suppliers.
- Discussing any quality issues with suppliers. Assisting with the scale drawings for the website
Job Requirements
- NQF 4 – Matric or equivalent
- NQF 5 – Diploma in Fashion or Design
- NQF 6 – Diploma or Degree in Fashion Retail
- 1-2 Years’ in the clothing/ retail industry
- Med – advance illustrator skill
- CAD 3 years experience
